Platform Portal administration

For SuperAdmins and PartnerAdmins using /admin. ClientAdmins work inside an existing client workspace, not at the partner provisioning boundary.

Where should I start?

Provisioning client workspaces? Start with Portal roles, then client creation. Need a new server? Read instance requests and the independent approval workflow. An uncertain launch needs reconciliation, not a retry. Delete record archives a request without touching infrastructure; Delete host is a separate destructive operation. Request archiving and bounded startup checks are released in production and staging. Host readiness and workspace access must still be verified separately.

New to Tabgrid? Start with the user guide for a complete workflow. Defining fields and categories? Read product data. Importing supplier files? Choose data operations. Reviewing missing fields before publication? Go to product quality. Availability of integrations and assisted tools depends on your workspace configuration.

Need help with your workspace?

Workspace options can depend on your team's configuration and access. Use the in-app help and job details for operational questions, or send the Tabgrid team a message.
