Data controller

Kuna Tehnologije, the operator of Tabgrid, is the data controller responsible for personal data submitted through tabgrid.io (the marketing website) and the Tabgrid application at app.tabgrid.io. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to the address listed in the "Contact us" section below.

Data we collect

  • Contact, free account, demo, and partner requests: name, company name, email address, and any message you submit through the contact, Free plan account, demo, or partner portal request forms.
  • Newsletter sign-up: your email address and subscription consent, if you subscribe to updates.
  • Technical data: standard web request metadata (IP address, browser type, pages visited) processed by our hosting and security provider to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
  • Optional analytics: if enabled and you consent, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may process website usage, device/browser information, and interaction data to help us understand site usage and improve the website.

We do not collect payment details, government IDs, or special categories of data (such as health or biometric data) through this website.

Processors we use

We rely on the following processors to operate tabgrid.io. Each acts under its own privacy policy and data processing terms:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, content delivery, and security for this website, including Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks form submissions for automated spam without tracking cookies.
  • Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may be enabled for optional website analytics through Cloudflare Zaraz. These tools are configured to run only after you grant analytics consent.
  • Cloudflare Zaraz — manages optional third-party analytics tools and applies the analytics choice you make in the cookie settings.
  • EmailJS — delivers contact, demo, and partner portal submissions from our server to our team's inbox.
  • Cloudflare D1 — stores newsletter subscriptions for future updates; no automated newsletter is sent at present.

Cookies and local storage

Strictly necessary storage supports site security and remembers your theme and consent choices. Your consent choice is stored in browser local storage until you change it or clear that storage. Optional analytics is off unless you choose to allow it in Cookie settings. If enabled, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are managed through Cloudflare Zaraz and must be assigned to the Analytics purpose so they do not run before consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

Data retention

Contact, Free plan account, demo, and partner submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our communication, and are deleted or anonymized on request. Newsletter email addresses are stored until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete them; request removal through the contact form.

Your GDPR rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting past processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within one month.
