Product media

Organize product images and files in a shared media library.

Browse media by folder, filter by file type, and attach existing library items to products instead of uploading the same asset again.

Browse the folder structure

The media library reflects folder paths in the configured object-storage bucket. Use the folder tree to browse all files, the bucket root, or a specific folder; search and file-type filters help narrow the selection. The library can contain supported media such as images, videos, and PDF documents.

The exact storage configuration and available actions are managed by your workspace. Keep asset names and folders meaningful so teams can find approved product photography, manuals, and other catalog files.

Folders in the library are a way to browse. Moving an item between folders does not rewrite the stored object key. Unlinking an asset from a product removes that product relationship. It does not delete the file from the library.

Attach media to one product or many

  1. Open the product's media picker or select products in the product listing and choose the bulk media action.
  2. Browse to the appropriate library folder and select the supported assets.
  3. Review the selected products and files, then confirm the action.
  4. Reopen a sample of the updated products to verify the attached media.

A bulk attach covers up to 200 assets and up to 200 products in one action. Mark one image as primary when a channel or catalog should lead with a specific photo. For AI image generation, the assistant proposes 1 to 3 images per product and accepts a style instruction. Review the prompts, count, and cost before you authorize generation. Generated images are separate from choosing existing files in the library.

A reliable media workflow

Check that an asset is the correct product, variant, language, and channel before attaching it. Confirm that the selected files are intended for every product in a bulk action. Availability of folders, file formats, and media actions depends on the deployed version and workspace configuration.
