Workspace
Approval, pricing, jobs, and the settings around the catalog.
These tools decide who may publish, how a made-to-measure price is previewed, and where to look when an import or feed is still running.
A draft is not a publication
The person who imports a supplier file is not always the person who may publish a price. When the approval module is on, Draft and Published stay. In review, Awaiting approval, and Approved can be turned off for a smaller team. Enabled stages appear under Products. Archived is a status, not a publication stage. A channel sends published products.
Product workflow and AI approval are different gates. A product can stay in Draft while an AI proposal waits in Jobs. Publishing does not apply an unapproved AI change.
Example: a Friday import stays in Draft. On Monday two people review it. Publication and the feed go out together, after category, SKU, price, and an image the channel is allowed to show.
Price lists, discount, and advance
Every product can store a price, discount, and advance on its record. The Pricing module is an extra layer of rules. Turn Custom pricing on before those rules can be used. If a person maintains prices by hand, skip prices on the next import until a sample has been checked. An import can overwrite the number on the card.
Dimensions and a price preview
A pergola, kitchen, or similar made-to-order product does not have one SKU price. The configurator module is enabled in Settings and opens from the product editor, not from its own sidebar item. Templates cover area pricing with two dimensions, linear pricing with one length, and a custom pair of dimensions. Limits and steps are in millimetres. The result is a preview, not an order in the store.
- Enable the module and open a product that is actually measured to order.
- Enter the real minimum, maximum, and step from production.
- Save the configurator before running an AI action on the same product.
- Check the preview at the smallest and largest measure.
Jobs and observability
Imports, AI proposals, image generation, and reindex work continue after you leave the page. Jobs is where you see whether work is queued, running, done, or failed. AI edits end in an approval-pending state. Compare the stored before and after. Nothing is applied automatically. Closing the assistant does not cancel a job that was already sent. Cancel on a task plan does not guarantee that a dispatched background job has stopped. A failed plan offers an explicit retry.
Observability counts pending, processing, done, and failed work and lists recent errors. Use it when a feed is silent: the products may already be published while the store connection failed. Fix the connection instead of rewriting descriptions.
Notifications list workspace messages, including bulk actions. A notification is not an approval. The AI decision still happens in Jobs.
Settings, billing, and profile
Reindex all products rebuilds search for this client, including attribute mappings. It does not change product data. Use it when header search does not yet see a new attribute. Theme and interface language apply in this browser. Module switches hide whole areas of the sidebar. Turning the media library off does not delete files.
AI settings can follow the global default or use workspace models. Reasoning and enrichment are separate from image generation. Testing a configuration is not the same as saving it. The workspace Billing page shows the current month's subscription and AI token spend for the assistant, the task agent, and other AI usage. Platform tier limits and invoices are read-only there for PartnerAdmin and ClientAdmin.
Profile holds the account details used in the workspace. Password, active sessions, and the authenticator live in the Platform Portal account page when that access is assigned. Signing out, revoking a session, or changing the password also ends a seven-day sign-in.
