Reporting and scheduled sales sync

Export feed results and bring product sales statistics into one report.

The Reporting module combines date-ranged feed delivery reports with scheduled imports of product sales from configured stores or a mapped HTTPS API.

Export feed delivery reports to Excel

Choose a start and end date to export feed delivery activity recorded for the workspace. The Excel workbook includes channel and feed summaries, delivery details, and—when sales records are available—a Product sales sheet grouped by SKU, source, and currency.

Report files are stored in the configured private object-storage bucket and are available through the application’s report controls. Delivery history is based on events recorded by the system; it cannot recreate feed attempts from before event recording was enabled. Exports have a bounded record limit, so use narrower date ranges for large datasets. Treat the date range as UTC when you compare it with a store’s local clock.

Schedule external product-sales imports

Create a schedule for a connected WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, or Amazon store, or configure a Custom HTTPS JSON API source. The custom source requires an HTTPS endpoint, supported authentication, a record path, and mappings for order, line, SKU, date, quantity, amount, and currency.

Schedules can run once on demand or repeat at an interval from one hour to seven days. Review the latest status and error details, and pause or resume a schedule when credentials or source data need attention. Confirm that the integration has the required permissions and historical order data before relying on a report. Google Merchant can receive a product feed and does not supply order data for this sales import. A custom JSON source receives the since timestamp in the X-TabGrid-Since header. Map order, line, SKU, date, quantity, amount, and currency from the JSON the source returns.

Suggested reporting workflow

  1. Enable the Reporting module and confirm feed events are being recorded.
  2. Connect a sales source and verify its authentication and product identifiers.
  3. Run the sales sync manually, then inspect its status and imported records.
  4. Choose a date range and download the Excel export for review.
